We never could have accomplished our goal – building a new headquarters in 12 months instead of the more typical 18 to 24 – without NorthStar’s involvement. No matter how much we thought contractors and vendors would listen to us, we just didn’t have the kind of leverage that NorthStar had. I wouldn’t consider undertaking a project without NorthStar on our team.
