Validating the Parameters

NorthStar was retained by Thor Equities to provide building validation for a property of interest located in Jersey City, New Jersey. We conducted an analysis of the 330,000 square foot building. A tight timeline meant delivering a detailed and concise site validation report at full speed. We were able to measure the entire 8-story building along with the basement garage in record time. Our analysis included overall building data, floor descriptions, budget estimates for demolition, and noted drawings. The more fact-based information provided to a client in the beginning, the better chance they have at making the proper decision for their project.
