Layers of Challenges = Multiple Phases

Due to a challenging schedule, two locations encompassing 12 floors with different floor plans, 965 employees to relocate and a budget with no contingency, NorthStar broke the project into pieces and implemented a phased renovation to stagger the construction and relocation. By pre-purchasing materials, the construction schedule was maintained and the project was completed in under a year.
