NorthStar was the Owners Representative for Shorenstein’s 50+ projects - including the renovation of their office suites, public corridors, and facilities - currently in construction at 1407 Broadway in New York, NY. The projects ran the gamut and included projects from core & shell work, to public spaces, to fit-outs and more in the 290,000+ SF building, as well as for several high-profile retail tenants within the 16,410 SF of the building’s retail space.

In addition, NorthStar has completed the transformative renovation of Shorenstein’s 1700 Market Street Main Lobby in Philadelphia, PA.
