Great Design Within Budget

When Brandywine Realty Trust embarked on revitalizing 555 Radnor, one of their own properties, for their new corporate headquarters, NorthStar was employed to manage this large project. This new headquarters would consolidate 280 employees from offices in Plymouth Meeting, PA, and Malvern, PA to Radnor, PA and Fort Washington, PA. NorthStar worked with the FF&E and design professionals to find alternate solutions that would keep the project within budget but not compromise the design.

In an effort to manage the budget, NorthStar worked side-by-side with the design professionals to find alternate solutions without compromising the design. NorthStar also coordinated the single phase, one-day relocation which included systems furniture, employee contents, office equipment, filing cabinets, miscellaneous furniture, large scale models and artwork.
