NorthStar was selected to assist a very busy Real Estate/Construction team with the completion of both a new NICU within the hospital and a Behavioral Health Clinic at a nearby site.
The NICU is a new 14-bed state-of-the art addition to their existing 33-bed NICU. This new space features not only larger rooms, but also family and sanctuary space to provide families with the much needed space for themselves during an undoubtedly stressful time.
The Behavioral Health clinic was approximately 30,000 SF of renovation work, one floor for administrative space, the other for clinical space consisting of medical examination, observation, sensory, and therapy rooms.
