Minimizing for Improvement

NorthStar was selected to manage this project, an interior renovation in Newtown Square, PA, which will consolidate the Health administration (located in Conshohocken, PA) and existing Health administrative staff in Newtown Square, PA. The project will result in a reduction from 188,000 SF overall to 100,000 SF at Ellis Preserve. Our team acts as an extension of the client’s real estate team by actively engaging and managing all project activities. As a representative of and advocate for the client, we are committed to making sure that the required level of attention is paid throughout. This will include items such as scheduling and attending all programming and design meetings, following up with the various groups as needed, and ensuring that necessary purchase orders and more are generated. The space will be required to accommodate approximately 450 employees. Additionally, the existing space will need to be reconfigured to implement more of the client’s needs to enhance their services.
