Making Room In Tight Quarters

This 20 floor prospective hotel was slated to be a poured in place concrete structure. Due to the close proximity of existing City buildings, Northstar navigated the development of this project including zoning and City approvals and coordination between senior management, the design team and the contractor. While this project was in the final phases before construction, challenging economic conditions resulted in this project being put on hold.
