All Eyes “On” Means All Hands on Deck

This multiple capital project campaign included renovation and expansion of the Skillman Library, new construction of four dormitories and a parking garage, renovation of Fisher Field/Bourger Varsity Football House including seating and field surface, the construction of Watson Courts, the renovation of McKeen Hall and Fisher Hall West and East and the expansion of Ruef and Keefe Hall. In order to provide the level of management required for these complex, high-profile projects, NorthStar provided a full-time, onsite Project Executive to continually monitor and coordinate the team and the multiple activities occurring at the same time.
