During the transformation of this 16-story, 313 guestroom hotel into a sleek, contemporary showpiece, NorthStar ensured the hotel remained fully operational through construction. Temporary decorative partitions disguised construction areas and all work was scheduled for daytime hours to minimize guest disruption. With a only 28 days to complete each floor, NorthStar maintained a tight schedule through constant communication and coordination of the project team.
