A Space for Tech Innovation
NorthStar managed JAMF’s multi-phased project build-out from demolition to move-in, which included drawing review, budgeting, construction oversight, and contractor bidding and selection. JAMF - a company based in innovative products - required a high-tech, sleek space, and our team was chosen to make this innovative office a reality.
The main suite contains classrooms, private offices, rooms with adjustable workstations, and conference rooms of various sizes all uniquely identified by New York borough rather than number. Each state-of-the-art, ultra-modern classroom includes iPads and/or laptops for every student, and each conference room includes wall-mounted, tele-conference enabled HD televisions.
Upon the competition of this initial project, NorthStar managed and completed the expansion of the office into the adjacent suite on the floor.
