Finance Made Consolidated

NorthStar managed the relocation of Drexel University’s Finance Groups from the University City Campus to a 7,890 SF space on the 9th floor of the Bellet Building. The relocation sought to consolidate Drexel’s three arms of their finance department - general accounting, financial reporting, and payroll – into one joined space. Prior to the finance department's relocation, our team oversaw the construction and fit-out of the new office space, which includes ample natural light streaming through the windows of the perimeter offices. NorthStar also oversaw the successful transfer of data between spaces.

Our team collectively oversaw 9 phases of this project – Administration; Construction; Furniture; Network, Data, & Telecommunications Systems; Security & Access Control Systems; A/V Systems; Signage; Project Move-In; and Close-out management.
