Decommissioning Across the Atlantic

As the largest manufacturer of vinyl resins, Mexichem's facilities contained large-scale equipment. Once the decision was made to consolidate an eliminate locations, NorthStar managed the decommissioning of eight facilities across Europe. The NorthStar team created a plan, developed cost analyses and estimates and evaluated best-case scenarios to dismantle and ship major pieces of equipment across the United States.
