Coordinating Logistics between Multiple Parties

As Audi began plans for two new dealership buildings, NorthStar was engaged to coordinate the challenging logistics in regards to site, dual Townships, Septa requirements and equipment. In West Chester, PA, the site was located on two Township lines requiring three weeks of extensive communication and coordination for appropriate permits and inspections. In Wynnewood, PA, the site’s proximity to an adjacent highway and SEPTA rail lines resulted in limited mobility on site. NorthStar’s coordination between the community, SEPTA, architects and engineers resulted in a plan that all parties agreed with and ultimately led to the successful completion of the project.
