When Outside Help is Needed

Due to the lack of in-house capabilities and an unsuccessful relationship with a single-source outside consultant, Chiral Technologies hired NorthStar to manage the construction and fit-out of their new headquarters. Immediately, the NorthStar team converted the project from design build to a construction management model, ultimately reducing the budget without sacrificing the design intent or quality.
