Maintaining the Schedule to Meet Strict Leasing Deadlines

In this extensive core and shell renovation, NorthStar managed an aggressive schedule in order to guarantee lease commitments were met for a new incoming tenant and thereby avoiding stiff penalties. This extensive building repositioning included façade improvements and the addition of a monumental stair as well as many other amenities. In addition, close coordination resulted in maintaining the limited budget set forth at the onset of the project.
