Allowing Management to Focus on Daily Operations

Replacing windows in this condominium building required a considerable amount of daily resident hand-holding and coordination. In order for the management of Academy House to focus on running the facility, NorthStar managed all aspects of this renovation including establishing an apartment-by-apartment, day-by-day installation schedule, pre-installation meetings with each resident, extensive documentation and communication, and onsite supervision within each unit and follow-up with each resident.
