A Single Project Sparks Campus Re-design
NorthStar worked with Jefferson University (formerly known as Philadelphia University) on their Capital Campaign by managing three of the capital projects:
Kanbar Campus Center: The Kanbar Campus Center was the “Oedipus” for Philadelphia University’s new campus redesign. It would soon become the center of Campus life for students. NorthStar managed the project including coordinating with the design-build of the Gallagher Athletic Center happening at the same time.
Hayward Hall: Northstar managed the renovation and relocation of the labs within Hayward Hall. Carefully coordinating the lab equipment move including collaboration was critical.
Downs Hall: This project involved NorthStar managing sprinkler, elevator, and ADA upgrades.
Site Improvements:A variety of site improvements were part of Capital Planning.
