With over 35 years of combined experience in engineering, project management, construction and leadership, Ron is the centerpoint of NorthStar’s 360 degree approach and has established the benchmark for the Owner’s Representative industry. Maintaining a high-level view, he focuses on client challenges and navigates complex corporate issues – ultimately providing strategy and tools for the project team.
Rosella Harvey RA, LEED AP
President
Rosella brings over 25 years of experience managing multi-faceted, complex projects to the table. She becomes vested in the mission and vision of the organization and thinks strategically – planning not only for Day One but Year 3. By keeping the client objectives in focus, Rosella guides the project team towards successful solutions. She is NorthStar’s resident LEED professional and historic preservation expert.

Anne’s 30+ years of experience in project management, construction, and property and facilities management provides clients with a valuable partner for their real estate projects. She is steadfast in her coordination of the project team and vigilant in monitoring the budget and schedule. Anne is NorthStar’s go-to relocation specialist managing multi-phased relocations and smaller departmental moves.
