Providing Assurance Through Validation and Commissioning

Bristol-Myers Squibb looked to NorthStar to manage these very large, visible projects involving their Research Support Facility and Vivarium Quiet Labs. The NorthStar team was key in providing validation and commissioning services as well running a Quality Assurance program. Working with in-house project managers that required additional support and Northstar’s expertise to complete projects of this size, NorthStar provided Bristol-Myers Squibb with a higher level of assurance that the systems were installed in the prescribed manner and would operate within the performance guidelines.
