Dunwoody Village

Established as a not-for-profit organization in 1974, Dunwoody Village is a continuing care retirement community in Newtown Square, PA. Dunwoody Village previously developed a Campus Master Plan, and designed the first phase of the Master Plan implementation. NorthStar is managing the Commons Renovation and Expansion, which includes the construction of a new auditorium, offices, and fitness center, as well as the renovation of the existing lobby, kitchen, and dining facilities.

The Commons expansion will take full advantage of the existing views across a great lawn. Logistically complex, NorthStar is working hand in hand with the construction manager, in order to impact the residents as little as possible.
